Del Rio Advisors, LLC ("DRALLC, Formerly MuniSoft) is an Independent Registered Municipal
Advisor that works exclusively with municipal issuers. DRALLC was founded by Kenneth L. Dieker in 1991
under the name MuniSoft and incorporated as
Del Rio Advisors, LLC in 2005.
Services include, but
not limited to:
- Develop
or review a proposed plan of finance;
- Provide requested
technical services (including all related bond math);
- Provide a
recommendation as to type of security (public offering or direct
placement);
- Provide a
recommendation as to type of sale (competitive or negotiated);
- Obtain fee
proposals to secure other team members (Bond Counsel,
Disclosure Counsel, etc.);
- Review and make
recommendations as to financing costs (costs of issuance and
gross spread);
- Review market
conditions and marketability of the bonds;
- Provide rating
and bond insurance recommendations;
- Review and comment on all documents;
- Review and comment
on continuing disclosure;
- Obtain
comparable interest rate scales from recent like issues;
- Educate
and assist the issuer during all pre-pricing and pricing
activities;
- Attend
and present at all requested meetings.
DRALLC Principal Kenneth L. Dieker has
been in the business for thirty-seven years with thirty-three years
spent serving as a Municipal Advisor. Mr. Dieker got his start in
municipal finance investment banking in 1987 with Rauscher Pierce
Refsnes, Inc. (currently RBC Capital Markets). Mr. Dieker has a
BA from the University of California, Berkeley, an MBA from Oregon
State University, is a Series 50 Registered Representative
and a Series 54 Registered Principal.
